Returns and Replacements

We take pride in the quality of each Naturadic product, crafted with care to bring joy and delight to your body care routine. Should you encounter any of the following issues with your purchase, we are here to assist you.

  • Wrong Product Delivered: If you receive a product different from what you ordered.
  • Expired Product Delivered: In the rare event of receiving an expired product.
  • Damaged Product Delivered: This includes physical damage or tampering to the product or its packaging.
  • Incomplete Order: Missing products from your order.
  • Defective Product Received: If the product has any functional issue.

If any of these conditions apply please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at +91 93554 66944 or via email at care@naturadic.com with the following details:

  • Your Order Number and invoice.
  • Description of the issue with the product.
  • Images of the outer packaging, inner packaging, and the problem area of the product.
  • We will work swiftly to process your replacement request.

Conditions for Returns and Replacements

Please note that certain conditions apply to returns and replacements:

  • Opened/Used/Altered Products: Products that have been opened, used, or altered cannot be returned or replaced.
  • Missing Original Packaging: Ensure the original packaging, including, mono cartons, labels, is intact for returns or replacements.
  • Late Requests: Requests made after 2 days from delivery cannot be accommodated.

Naturadic Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only in cases of order cancellation. To cancel your order and initiate a refund, please do so before the order is dispatched. Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after acceptance of the cancellation request.

Upon refund initiation, you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS from our side. Kindly check your bank statement for refund details.

Product Concerns After Use

We prioritize your satisfaction with our products. If a product does not meet your expectations or if you experience any issues within 10 days of use, please contact us at +91 93554 66944. Our team will assist you by in a below manner

  2. Issuing a coupon code for use exclusively on our website/app.
