Shipping & Delivery:
Packages are generally dispatched within 48 hours (except for public holidays & Sundays) after receipt of payment and are shipped via reputed national couriers with tracking. We will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Tracking details of every shipment are shared with the customer via Email and SMS.
The delivery of the product depends upon the city in which the product has to be delivered and the availability of the product in our stock. A General delivery timeline is mentioned below:
Metro Cities: 3-5 business days.
Non-Metro Cities: 5-12 business days.
If there will be an any delay in the shipment of your order as per above timeline, we will contact you via email or WhatsApp.
For all the orders above ₹399, the shipping is FREE. However, orders below ₹399 attract a FLAT fee of ₹100, which may vary per state and distance. However, delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control, including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.
We request you not to accept the parcel if it is not packed correctly or is tempered. Parcels will need to be signed by the customer on receiving.
In case your order is marked delivered but not received by you.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER:
It is the responsibility of the customers to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS:
Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable because of incorrect shipping information are subject to a restocking fee to be determined by us.
RETURN REQUEST DAYS:
We allow you to return its item (s) within a period of 7 days. Kindly be advised that the item (s) should be returned unopened and unused.

OUT OF STOCK ITEM PROCESS
We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause. Please recheck availability on a later date.
In case of rare occasions where your order is cancelled due to non-availability of stocks for over 15 working days, the full amount would be refunded back to the original payment method, and an email would be sent to you for the same.
